Monte Valle was created from a simple belief: skincare should feel good, inside and out. I began my journey as an esthetician with a deep passion for helping people feel beautiful in their own skin. Over time, that passion grew into something bigger than treatments and products. I wanted to create a space where people feel comfortable, heard, and cared for-never rushed, never pressured, and never sold something they don’t truly need. At Monte Valle, we focus on both skincare and wellness, because the two are inseparable. Glowing skin isn’t just about what you put on your face. It’s about how you treat your body, your mind, and yourself as a whole. Here, we take a thoughtful, balanced approach that honors every piece of that puzzle. This is a place to slow down. To breathe. To take care of yourself without feeling overwhelmed or judged. A little about me: I’m a proud dog mom, very family-oriented, and happiest with a good book in hand. Put me in a chair and I’ll sit there for hours especially if I’m lost in A Court of Thorns and Roses, Throne of Glass, or even a good cheesy romance (yes, Colleen Hoover included). I love staying active and working out, and I apply wellness not only to skincare, but to physical well-being too. Monte Valle is an extension of who I am and what I value (comfort, honesty, balance, and care). CANCELLATION POLICY
At Monte Valle, our goal is to provide a relaxing, respectful, and comfortable experience for every guest. Please review our policies before booking your appointment. Appointments & Booking All services are by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online or directly through Monte Valle. Please ensure you book the correct service and allow adequate time for your appointment. Arrival Time Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to your appointment to allow time to settle in and complete any necessary forms. Arriving late may shorten your service time to respect the next guest, and the full service price will still apply. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price This policy helps protect our time and allows us to accommodate other clients. Deposits Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward your service total and are forfeited if cancellation policies are not met. Payments Payment is due at the time of service. Monte Valle accepts [credit/debit cards, cash, etc. — you can customize this]. Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds Due to the nature of skincare services and products, all services and retail sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If you have concerns about your experience, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address them thoughtfully. Skin Health & Results Results vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and consistency. While we strive to deliver the best possible outcomes, Monte Valle cannot guarantee specific results. Honest communication about your skin, health conditions, and current products is essential for safe and effective treatments. Wellness & Comfort Monte Valle is a space rooted in wellness and care. We ask that all guests treat the space, the provider, and other clients with respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service. Children & Guests To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we ask that only those receiving services attend appointments unless otherwise discussed prior to booking. Product Recommendations Monte Valle believes in education over pressure. Product recommendations are offered thoughtfully and are always optional. Your comfort and trust matter most.
